Pre-Challenge Preparation

Send out initial communications about the upcoming challenge to create awareness and excitement. Include details on how employees can participate and the benefits of joining.

App Introduction:
Provide instructions on how to download and set up the STEPPI app. Ensure all employees have access to the necessary links and guidance.

Use Resources:
Utilize STEPPI’s resources, email templates, and visual assets to create excitement and facilitate easy onboarding for employees.

Onboarding Day
Kick-Off Meeting:
